  • While we believe a good purge is essential for every project, we will never make you toss anything you love. Decisions about what to keep, discard, or donate are up to you. We are here to help you navigate those decisions during the process.

  • We will need your input at the beginning of your project so that your organized space is suited to your personality, style, and needs. We also need you during the decision-making process to point out what stays and what goes. After that step, we can work independently.

  • Every project is different. Therefore, each project timeline is unique. How long your project will take depends on several factors, mostly

    • How many items are in your space
    • How quickly the decision-making process takes for you
    • How important aesthetics and design are to you and your spaces

    During your consultation, we will fine-tune your estimates based on your specific project scope.

  • No space is too large or too small for our team! At Neatly Done, we tackle any home organizing project.

  • We never require clients to purchase new organizing products. We can use items you have on hand or organize your spaces with all new supplies. It comes down to your budget and aesthetic vision.

  • Yes! There is a gift card link on the footer of our website so that you can give the gift of home organizing to your favorite KC people.

  • We apply a travel fee for clients who live more than 25 minutes from our office. We charge for our time and mileage, depending on the distance.
