Our Process
1 | The Call
Your 15-minute complimentary consultation call with Krista will answer your questions about tailored-to-you home organization services from Neatly Done. During this call, we’ll briefly discuss your pain points, goals, and project details. We will also provide you a ballpark estimate.
If we find we are a good fit, we will schedule an in-home organizing assessment (or in some cases, we can jump right in and schedule our first organizing session).
2 | The ASSESSMENT
Your in-home assessment is where we take a deep dive into your spaces just as they are. This critical time together helps us define the scope of your project and develop a plan that our team can flawlessly execute. We’ll discuss your goals, routines, wants and needs, so all organizing systems are tailored to your daily life.
After your consult, we send a detailed project estimate, which includes a breakdown of anticipated cost for supplies and hours devoted to your project.
3 | The INSTALL
It’s organizing day! Our team is excited give your home expert systems that functional extremely well and look visually cohesive. First, we remove all of your contents. Next, we categorize and sort through your items. At this time, we will help you make critical decisions about what to keep, discard, or donate. Once items are ready to go back, we’ll utilize our design plan to install organizational systems that will make it easy to keep your home organized.
At the end of your project, your family will enjoy intentional living in spaces that serve and support your vision of a life well-lived.
