We designed two organizing memberships to give you the ongoing support you need to get and stay organized in your home. At Neatly Done, our team believes every family deserves luxurious calm within their home where they can thrive with systems curated especially for them.

Living in an organized home is truly a game changer. Imagine having a home for everything. Systems that support your busy life. Order instead of chaos. Our membership delivers all those things to your home at a reduced investment spread out over the year with a consistent schedule that gives you peace of mind.

 

Which membership is right for me and how do I join?

Two membership options based on your life and needs.

Joining is simple!

1. Schedule a call. Set-up a no pressure 20 minute phone call with our owner, Krista, for an honest assessment of your fit in our membership and which one is best for you.

2. Set up a consultation. The next step is an in-person, entire home consultation with Krista and our Project Manager. There is a one-time fee of $250. (Year of Order members do not have this fee, as an in-person consultation is not needed.)

3. Receive your estimate. After the consultation, we’ll email you a detailed plan of the projected costs to organize each space within your home, including our time and any materials. You can then decide if you want to move forward with joining our membership.

4. Join! Once you decide to join, our Project Manager will be in touch to schedule your sessions for the entire year.

  • The Neatly Done organizing memberships offers you hands-on organizing throughout the year.

    With the Year of Order, you’ll get:

    → 12 hours of organizing each quarter
    → First priority in advance scheduling your sessions for the entire year
    → Direct access to Krista via text to answer questions or trouble shoot issues
    → A $5/hour discount on our rate for the entire year
    → Trained and amazing professional organizers that are familiar with the systems in your home

    With the Year of Transform, you’ll get:

    → 20 hours of organizing each quarter
    → A $10/hour discount on our rate for the entire year
    → First priority in advance scheduling your sessions for the entire year
    → A detailed plan for every space to organize in your home, which includes the cost for labor, organizing materials and shopping/design fees
    → Direct access to a dedicated project manager to answer questions or trouble shoot issues
    → Curated organizing materials that fit your space, aesthetic and budget
    → Hauling away of donations to a charitable organization
    → Trained and amazing professional organizers

  • We understand and know joining is a thoughtful decision!

    → The first step is a free, 20 minute, no obligation call with our owner, Krista. She will give you an honest assessment if you’re a good candidate for our memberships and answer any questions you have.

    → If you join the Transform membership, the next step is an in-person, whole-home consultation to assess the areas you would like organized.

    → You don’t have to decide to join our membership until AFTER the whole-home consultation. We’ll present you with a comprehensive, written plan of the projected costs to organize each space, including our time and materials. You can then decide if you want to move forward with joining our membership.

  • → Step one: Click on the “Get your membership” button below to fill out our inquiry form. We will reach out to schedule a 20 minute phone call with you and Krista to discuss the membership and ask any questions.
    → Step two: Schedule your in-home consultation (Year of Transform).
    → Step three: Receive a detailed estimate for all planned organizing projects.
    → Step four: Sign the membership agreement and schedule your projects.

  • The Year of Order membership is $960 per quarter.
    The Year of Transform membership is $1500 per quarter.

    → For the Year of Transform membership only, a one-time, upfront fee of $250 for a whole-home consultation will be charged for new members.
    → After the whole-home consultation, we will provide you a detailed plan of the projected costs to organize each space within your home, including our time and any materials. You can then decide if you want to move forward with joining our membership.

  • → Payments are auto-billed each quarter. Year of Order Members will be charged $960/quarter and Year of Transform Members will be charged $1500/quarter. You are banking those organizing hours for use during that quarter.

    → After each organizing project is complete, a final invoice will emailed to you reflecting our organizing hours, organization product installed, and any design/shopping fees. Your pre-paid quarterly deposit will be deducted from your final invoice. We always do our best to come in at or below the original estimate we provide upfront. Any overages will be discussed with you before or during your organizing session.

    → If you do not schedule a session for the quarter, you will forfeit that deposit. This “use it or lose it” approach provides accountability and ensure projects are scheduled quarterly. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes! Our memberships are rolling, which means they start the month you join and continue for 12 months from that date.

  • Memberships are contained to a rolling year and do not auto-renew.

    During the last month of your membership, we will ask if you’d like to continue in our membership.

    If you’re a Year of Transform member, you may be ready to transition to a Year of Order member to maintain spaces we organized. Typically our Order members do not need organizing products, so those costs are dramatically less.

  • While we would hate to see you go, we understand that life happens, and you may cancel your membership at any time!

    The cancellation fee for the Year of Order is $100. The cancellation fee for the Year of Transform is $400.

    Your consultation fee and quarterly deposits are non-refundable, so you will need to notify us in writing 14 days before the 1st of a quarter so we have time to suspend the automatic payments.
